What CashPath can help with
CashPath can address questions about how this website works and clarify information published on CashPath pages.
You can also contact us to report a broken page, incorrect CashPath content, a technical problem reaching the request process, or a privacy-related request concerning information controlled by CashPath.
If your question concerns the way CashPath describes rates, fees, responsible borrowing, privacy, or its referral relationship, please tell us which page you were viewing.
Questions about a specific provider or offer
CashPath is not the lender or account servicer.
If you are asking about a specific approval decision, offered amount, APR, fee, repayment schedule, bank-account change, payment due date, payoff amount, loan balance, cancellation request, or funding status, contact the participating provider involved in your transaction.
CashPath generally cannot view or change a provider's underwriting decision or account records.
How do I know who my provider is?
Review the communications and documents you received during or after the provider process.
The actual company handling an offer should identify itself in its disclosures, communications, or agreement.
If you accepted an offer, the documents governing that transaction are the best place to find the provider's contact information and servicing instructions.
Do not send money or sensitive information to someone whose identity you cannot verify.

Information controlled solely by an independent participating provider may need to be addressed directly with that provider.
Before contacting us about a financial product
CashPath can explain its own website and role, but it cannot negotiate or alter the terms of a provider agreement.
For questions about actual credit terms, repayment, servicing, or an account you opened, use the contact information supplied by the provider.
