What is CashPath?
CashPath is an online request and referral service that helps consumers begin the process of exploring personal loan options.
CashPath is not the company lending money. A participating provider may evaluate the request and decide whether to present an offer or another step in its application process.
Is CashPath a lender?
No. CashPath is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.
CashPath does not determine your eligibility, APR, fees, repayment term, payment amount, or whether funds will ultimately be provided. Those decisions belong to the provider.
How does an online personal loan request work?
You begin by entering the information requested by the CashPath form. Supported values then continue into the LeadsGate and participating-provider flow.
A provider may evaluate information according to its own criteria and may request additional information or verification.
A request is only the beginning of the process. It is not an approval.
How much can I request?
The current CashPath entry form allows you to indicate a requested range from $200 to $5,000.
That range describes what you are requesting, not what you are guaranteed to receive. A provider may offer a different amount or may not make an offer.
If I request $5,000, will I receive $5,000?
Not necessarily.
A provider determines whether it can make an offer and, if so, the amount and terms it is willing to provide. Your requested amount is information used in the process, not a guarantee.
Does submitting a request guarantee an offer or approval?
No.
A request may result in an available provider response, additional questions, or no offer. CashPath cannot guarantee matching, approval, or funding.
Be cautious of anyone who tells you approval is guaranteed simply because you pay a fee or provide information.
Will a provider check my credit?
A participating provider may use consumer-report information, identity verification, income information, existing obligations, or other data according to its criteria and disclosures.
CashPath does not control how a provider performs its credit evaluation.
Review the provider's disclosures before authorizing any credit-related inquiry.
Can submitting a request affect my credit?
CashPath cannot promise that the entire provider process will have no effect on your credit.
Different providers may use different types of credit inquiries at different stages. Read the provider's disclosure carefully before authorizing an inquiry or completing an application.
Does CashPath set personal loan rates or fees?
No.
The APR, interest rate, fees, repayment terms, and payment schedule are determined by the participating provider.
CashPath does not publish a made-up APR range because the actual terms depend on the provider and individual circumstances.
Read Personal Loan Rates & Fees Explained for more information.
What should I compare before accepting an offer?
Look beyond the amount being offered.
Review the APR, interest rate, disclosed fees, repayment term, payment frequency, scheduled payment amount, and total repayment.
You should also understand what may happen after a missed or late payment.
Our Responsible Borrowing page provides a practical checklist.
How quickly can funds arrive?
There is no CashPath funding-time guarantee.
Timing may depend on provider review, identity or income verification, completion of required documents, banking processes, and other factors.
Any timing estimate should come from the actual provider handling your transaction.
Do I have to accept an offer?
No. Simply submitting a request through CashPath does not obligate you to accept a provider offer.
If an offer becomes available, review the disclosures and decide whether the terms make sense for your circumstances.
How is my application information handled?
The CashPath short form temporarily holds supported information in your browser and passes it into the LeadsGate/provider flow.
CashPath's own application backend is not designed to persist those short-form application values.
Once information reaches a third-party service or participating provider, that party may process and retain data according to its own privacy notice and legal obligations.
Read the Privacy Policy for more information.
How can I recognize a loan scam?
Be suspicious of someone who promises guaranteed credit but demands payment first as the price of receiving the supposed loan.
The Federal Trade Commission warns consumers about advance-fee loan scams, including schemes that promise credit regardless of credit history and then demand money upfront. Legitimate lenders may have disclosed application-related charges in some circumstances, but paying a fee should never be represented as a guarantee that you will receive a loan.

Are products available everywhere?
Not necessarily.
Provider availability, eligibility requirements, product terms, and permitted lending activity can vary according to location, provider criteria, and applicable law.
CashPath does not guarantee that a particular product will be available in every state or to every applicant.
